Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing

Prices are shown on our pricing page before you buy. They are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. There are no hidden fees or setup charges. Before you pay we confirm the price, billing period, renewal date and these cancellation terms in writing.

2. Renewal

If you buy a recurring plan (monthly or yearly), it renews at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. If the price changes we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

3. How to cancel

Cancel at any time by contacting us at the contact details in the footer of this page from the email address on your account. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 working days. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first purchase, ask us within 14 days of buying and we will refund it in full.
• After that we do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires or where we cannot provide the Service.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded. If the Service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or does not do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a repair, refund or other remedy.

6. Licence suspension

If a licence is revoked because of a serious breach of our Terms of Use, no refund is due for the remaining period, to the extent the law allows.
